Meet: Ankit Dhyani
Ankit grew up with a burning fascination of computers and how they worked on the inside. This curiosity led him to pursue a career in Computer Science. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science in 2017.
After his undergrad, Ankit arrived in Ireland to undertake a master’s in creative digital media. Ankit put together all that he learnt from his college course and masters to create a 3D- game which showcased his impressive skills.
Ankits journey in Phonovation
Ankit joined Phonovation in December 2020 as an Operation and Support Assistant. He dealt with the clients and their technical queries and provided them the solutions subject to SLA’s. He has also helped new clients with the Onboarding process with some of our products.
Ankit further supported in the delivery of standardized work products to clients, maintained excellent working relationship with customers and contributed to team & business improvement along with change initiatives & projects.
Ankits current role
In recent times, Ankit has shown his interest in projects and work relating to cybersecurity and Risk Management which has led to him currently overseeing the security of data processing activities as well as risk management operations and compliance standards. Ankit Also manages our ISO certification for Phonovation’s Mobile ID product.
