Systems Administrator / Junior Site Reliability Engineer

What’s more, we are currently undergoing business change through a Lean Transformation programme with Enterprise Ireland. This will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the Lean Transformation Programme and to acquire an accredited Lean qualification.

As Systems Administrator / Junior Site Reliability Engineer you will provide 2nd & 3rd line support & maintenance for our systems and servers. You will trouble-shoot, investigate, diagnose and resolve complex IT issues. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders & customers and will be responsible for process & procedure design modification. You will contribute to team & business improvement change initiatives.




  • Maintenance of systems and servers
  • Trouble-shoot, investigate, diagnose & resolve complex IT issues
  • Coordinate response to system outages or faults
  • Process & procedure design modification
  • Delivery of team and organisational projects
  • Coach, guide and support team members
  • Ability to acquire Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on products & services
  • Contribute to team & business improvement and change initiatives
  • Participate in on call schedule


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 5 years+ as subject matter expert
  • High availability Systems
  • Project delivery independently and as part of a team
  • Infrastructure / Systems Administration background
  • Proficient in at least 3 of the following:
  1. SQL
  2. IVR
  3. Linux
  4. Win Server
  5. Hardware or Infrastucture Mgt
  6. Networking
