Based in Dun Laoghaire but commencing remotely due to the current situation, the Operations Assistant will provide the set-up, testing, monitoring and closing of phone lines during live television competitions and provision of support to our customers. The position is a one year fixed-term contract for weekend work (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday) on a part-time basis, 22.5 hours per week.
Setting up, testing, monitoring and closing live television phone lines
Understanding & following internal processes
Updating our customers as necessary
Maintaining excellent working relationships with customers
Accurate documentation of the monitoring undertaken
Escalation of abnormalities and issues to second line support
Willingness to learn new skills and develop as an individual
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong IT Skills – Windows & MS office
Track record of building excellent relationships with customers
Excellent time management
