Based in Dun Laoghaire but commencing remotely due to the current situation, the Operations Assistant will provide 1st Line customer support to external & internal customers, deliver standardised work products and contribute to team & business improvement change initiatives.
Resolve a fast-paced queue of customer support requests by email & phone subject to SLA’s
Escalate IT Helpdesk Tickets as appropriate
Update the IT helpdesk tracking system
Provide routine internal IT support using Microsoft Windows
Understand & follow internal processes
Deliver standardised work products
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers
Answer incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner
Contribute to team & business improvement change initiatives
Participate in on call schedule
Focus on delighting our customers
Qualifications & Experience:
6 months Helpdesk / Call Centre support experience
Strong IT Skills – Windows & MS office
Track record of building excellent relationships with customers
Thrive on exceeding customer expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative approach to achievement at work
Love to learn new skills and develop as an individual
A desire to a make a difference and contribute to company-wide initiatives
