The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to nurture and grow our Mobile Identity services customer base.
Reporting to the Director of Partnering, you will be a key member of our sales team. You will be responsible for supporting key customers while forging strong relationships across your account base. The goal is to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, minimise churn, and develop incremental revenue streams for existing and new customers. You will ensure the successful roll out of customer projects and resolve customer issues. You will be a key member of our sales team and will provide customer insights that support us optimise the opportunity for our innovative and patented fintech solution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned financial and operational targets
- Maintain and grow revenues from our existing customer base
- Plan and execute account development strategies
- Manage key customers, prospect, or channel relationships as required by the business
- Develop and generate new opportunities for Mobile Identity services within the Irish marketplace
- Work closely with our technical team to deliver successful client projects
- Prepare monthly/quarterly account review reports
- Host regular monthly and quarterly service reviews with existing clients
- Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Support regular business performance/relationship reviews with senior management
- Design and maintain activity and performance customer reports
- Data analysis of customer metrics and dashboards to provide key customer insights and develop business opportunities
- Keep customers proactively updated on escalated tickets
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts through the consistent use of CRM (Pipe Drive)
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of account management and new business development experience in the Enterprise B2B SaaS or Fintech sector
- An excellent understanding of ICT
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Proven ability to craft winning sales proposals
- Experience in building and executing account development plans
- Strong understanding of the sales process from identifying to closing opportunities
- Track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining client relationships
- Proven track record of over achievement in previous sales roles
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of CRM tools
Preferred Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the fintech/payments sector is desirable
- Experience working in early-stage programs where processes are not well documented or defined
- Experience of driving projects independently, gaining buy-in from colleagues and other stakeholders
- Strong product sensibility, and comfort with considering basic technical feasibility of integration with customer systems
