INM have utilised premium rate services across all of their platforms for a variety of reader interactions and commercial purposes. Readers who complete INM’s crossword or Sudoku puzzles are able to phone or send a text in order to receive solutions to the puzzles. Advertisements are run in sports sections promoting the Independent Horse Racing Service where readers can listen to live racing commentaries and results. INM publishes over 200 interactive competitions each year, both in press and online, these are consistently popular with advertising clients and readers. Premium Rate services including Horoscope and Tarot car readings enable reoccurring interactions between publisher and reader and generate a significant additional revenue stream.
