“You Can Talk To Me’ Campaign using Shortcodes and Freephone for Crisis Pregnancy Agency

In 2006 we provided IVR and SMS services for the Crisis Pregnancy Agency “You Can Talk To Me” campaign.

This campaign ran across all traditional advertising media and its purpose was to encourage the public to talk to their children about relationships. Phonovation provided a Freephone number and a freetext shortcode for this advertising campaign.

In addition we also transcribed each request into a database, packaged and sent out all DVDs on a daily basis. We worked closely with the CPA in the design of the campaign and supported them daily with response analysis and live statistics.
